9th Circuit Takes 5 Minutes Away from San Francisco’s Time
The 9th Circuit just reallocated 5 minutes of time away from San Francisco to the main challengers in Perry, giving the Perry plaintiffs 20 minutes, and the City of San Francisco 10 minutes.
